The Red Bull Kilometer is the only intermediate sprint that counts for the General Classification.
A flat stage with only one short climb at Putignano. In Lecce, riders will enter the final circuit just after the finish line, covering almost the entire 12 km loop before crossing the line again and tackling a full lap.
