The route of the 117th edition of the Milano–Sanremo presented by Crédit Agricole has been unveiled. Pavia has been confirmed as the host city for the start, with the finish set on Via Roma in Sanremo after 298 km, nine more than in the 2025 edition. The finale remains unchanged, featuring the traditional sequence of the three Capi, followed by the Cipressa and the ascent of the Poggio, whose summit lies 5.6 km from the finish line.
In addition to hosting the start, Pavia will also stage the team presentation on 20 March, with the event taking place in Piazza Vittoria from 5:00 pm.
