Lorenzo Mark Finn (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe Rookies) triumphed in the final stage, taking the podium in the time trial with finish in L’Aquila and securing his Maglia Rosa. He was joined on the podium by Adam Rafferty (UCI Continental Hagens Berman Jayco) and Matisse Van Kerckhove(Team Visma-Lease a Bike Development).
