Each day’s TV coverage will begin with “Villaggio di Partenza” (“Village of Departure”) on Rai Sport + HD, a program that will include the riders signing in, the pre-race interviews and the start of the stage. At 14:00 “Preview Giro”, always on the same channel, will show the first live images from the race.

Immediately after the race, the traditional post-race analysis of the “Processo alla Tappa” follows, generally lasting one hour, on the same TV channel.
Finally, on Rai Sport + HD, Tgiro, starting at 20:00, will offer a half-hour programme with the story of the stage with highlights and interviews, while Giro Notte, a 60-minute summary of the day with original commentary, is scheduled at 00:15.
