ACCESS TO THE START
Please be reminded that you are required to access to the parking area at the start in Diamante using the (yellow) “TEAMS” PPO, indicated in the Racebook on page 164-165.
BUS DEPARTURE
Team buses must leave their dedicated parking Diamante before 11:10.
TEAM CARS DEVIATION
The deviation for team cars in Potenza leads back onto the stage route, approx. 1.5 km from the finish. Access to the bus parking will be regulated by the personnel of the organisation.
THE JERSEY WEARERS
Maglia Bianca: Mauri VANSEVENANT (QST)
We remind that, upon moving from the start place to the actual start, the riders wearing the distinctive jerseys need to be in the front line of the peloton.
HEADS-UP FOR STAGE 8
ATTENTION: Monte di Procida circuit
Starting from 13:00, only the vehicles in the race convoy (that is, traveling between the race start and the race end vehicles) will be allowed to take the Monte di Procida circuit. Exceptions apply to the vehicles of the Advertising Caravan and of the Giro E, only for transit for their intended tasks, and to the team cars providing assistance to the riders, which should however always remain outside the race convoy, as per regulation. No other registered vehicle may travel on the circuit until the race end vehicle has passed, during the last of the 4 planned laps.
