TO THE SPORT DIRECTORS
ACCESS TO THE START AREA IN HEROES’ SQUARE
Team trucks will be allowed to park as well. The two heavy vehicles (bus and truck) must access and park at the same time.
ROUTE INSPECTION
Roads will be closed to allow the route inspection from 10:00 to 12:00.
ACCESS TO THE FINISH AREA IN BUDA CASTLE
Only one vehicle per team, bearing a special sticker that will be handed out at the start meeting point, will be allowed to park by the finish to provide assistance. Access to the parking will be made through the race route.
VEHICLES FOLLOWING RIDERS DURING THE RACE
Please be reminded that the teams will be allowed to follow the first TWO riders by a MINI VAN.
Only duly registered team cars, either with official branding or unbranded, bearing a “GRUPPO SPORTIVO” or “INVITATO” windshield sticker will be allowed to follow the riders.
Team vehicles with an “INVITATO” sticker that need to follow a rider CANNOT access the teams parking. They will have to follow the signs reading “PARTENZA/START” to reach their dedicated waiting area, from where they may eventually reach the start area.
