FantaGiro: points breakdown by Rider after Stage 8

Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates) has also stamped his authority on the eighth stage of the FantaGiro d’Italia, from Spoleto to Prati di Tivo.

The Maglia Rosa, thanks to his third stage win in the first week of the Giro, amassed a total of 105 points as follows: 50 for the stage win, 20 for first place in the partial general classification, 20 for the category 1 King of the Mountains at the finish in Prati di Tivo, 10 for retaining the Pink Jersey, and another 10 for retaining the Blue Jersey. The Slovenian champion also incurred a 5-point penalty due to a fine to his team.

Completing the stage podium were Daniel Martinez (Bora – Hansgrohe) with 63 points and Georg Steinhauser (EF Education – Easypost) with 45.
