Thanks to a commanding sprint victory in Stage 3 from Vlorë to Vlorë, Mads Pedersen (Lidl – Trek) took control of both the real and fantasy races in the FantaGiro d’Italia 2025. The Danish star dominated the day, racking up 79 fantasy points: 30 for the stage win, 10 for taking the Maglia Rosa, 10 for leading the general classification, 5 for Lidl–Trek topping the Super Team standings, 10 for the Bouquet Bonus, 3 for the Intercity “Sprint Train” Bonus, 10 for the Novi “Full Gas Finale” Bonus, and 1 for the Conad Bonus.
Lorenzo Fortunato (XDS Astana Team) had a strong day as well, collecting 31 points after taking over the Maglia Azzurra, topping the Category 2 KOM at the Llogara Pass, and earning the Daily Bonus for his eagle-wing celebration gesture at the finish and another point for the Conad Bonus.
Mathias Vacek (Lidl – Trek) rounded out the top fantasy performers with 24 points: 8 for his GC position, 5 for Lidl–Trek’s top spot in the Super Team, 5 for the Toast Bonus, 3 for the Conad Bonus, and 3 for the Intercity “Sprint Train” Bonus.

At the end of three stages, Pedersen now sits firmly atop the overall FantaGiro standings with 175 points. He’s followed by Mathias Vacek with 80 points and Primož Roglič with 79, while Joshua Tarling and Orluis Aular complete the top five:
