Alessandro Fancellu (MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort) has won the first stage of Il Giro d’Abruzzo Carta Giovani Nazionale, the 155 km long Cupello – Casalincontrada, ahead of Mathys Rondel (Tudor Pro Cycling Team) and Diego Ulissi (XDS Astana Development Team). Alessandro Fancellu also wears the Maglia Leader as he leads the General Classification.
