Anticipation is growing for the Grande Partenza of the Giro d’Italia, which on 4 May will begin its journey across the country from Venaria Reale, just as it did in 2011. Today, at Galleria San Federico in Turin, the finish location of the first stage, the Trofeo Senza Fine and a special countdown by Tudor, Official Timekeeper of the Giro d’Italia, will be exposed together.
The inauguration was attended by Paolo Bellino, Managing Director of RCS Sport, Andrea Tronzano, Councillor for Budget and Productive Activities of the Piedmont Region, and Domenico Carretta, Councillor for Sport, Major Events and Tourism of the City of Turin.
