The young Spanish star earned his points as follows: 30 for the stage victory, 9 for his placing in the general classification, 15 for winning the cat. 1 KOM, 5 for UAE Team Emirates – XRG topping the Super Team standings, 10 for taking the Maglia Bianca, 5 for the “Acrobat” bonus (awarded when a team mechanic performs a repair or intervention mid-race), and 10 for the “Never Forget Your First Time” bonus, awarded for a rider’s first career stage win at the Giro d’Italia.
In second place for the stage: Isaac Del Toro (UAE Team Emirates – XRG) with 45 points, including 18 for second place on the stage, 8 for GC placement, 9 for his position in the cat. 1 KOM, 5 for his team’s Super Team lead, and another 5 for the “Acrobat” bonus.
