In the light of the decree no. 2020-1262 of 16 October 2020 by the Prefect of the Hautes Alpes, concerning the anti-Covid regulations, published in the Official Journal on 17 October 2020, the route of stage 20, Alba – Sestriere, has changed, leaving out the passage on the French territory.
