A lively stage starting and finishing in close proximity. The route circles Mount Maja Qores (over 2,000 m, right by the sea). Riders head southeast through the Lumi Shushicës valley on wide, fast roads. They then reach the sea via Qafa Shakellës Pass, followed by a coastal stretch of over 40 km with frequent curves and rolling terrain before tackling the Qafa e Llogarasë climb (about 11 km at over 7%). A fast descent leads back to Vlorë.
Final kilometres
The last 3 km run along the coast—mostly flat with some gentle direction changes linking straight sections. Final straight: 1,200 m on 8-metre-wide asphalt.
