Contrary to the indications provided in the Technical Guide, the Headquarters in Milan will be located by the ROSA GRAND HOTEL MILANO, Piazza Fontana 3. The parking, in contrast, will be unchanged: underground car park, Piazza Diaz (see map on page 415).
TO THE SPORT DIRECTORS
ACCESS TO THE START AREA IN CERNUSCO SUL NAVIGLIO
Please be informed that access to the parking at the start area in Cernusco sul Naviglio will only be permitted to the bus, to the cars and to one support van for the equipment (no truck).
ROUTE INSPECTION
Roads will be closed to allow the route inspection from 10:45 am to 12:15 pm.
TRANSPONDERS
Contrary to what is indicated in the race regulations, riders are required to take the start with their transponder installed on their bicycle.
ASSISTANCE TO RACING RIDERS
Only duly credited cars will be allowed to follow riders. A van or minivan may only be used to follow the first rider taking the start for each team.
TRANSPONDERS RETURN
A dedicated member of the staff will be available at the finish for transponder collection.
JERSEYS
During tomorrow’s stage, Tao GEOGHEGAN HART (IGD) will be wearing the white jersey.
