PIZZO

A centre with 9,263 inhabitants in the province of Vibo Valentia, Pizzo is a town on the coast, perched on a cape in the middle of the Gulf of Sant’Eufemia. It is renowned for its production of an ice-cream known as “truffle” and for the quality of ice-creams in general. So much so, that Pizzo is called “the ice-cream city”.
