THE TOUGHEST RACE IN THE WORLD’S MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE

The 99th Giro d’Italia, held from 6 to 29 May, today unveiled its two new communication campaigns.

 

INSTITUTIONAL CAMPAIGN
The campaign is focused on the icon of the Giro, the Maglia Rosa, and symbolises the journey to conquer the Maglia Rosa to become a legend of the sport. The campaign was launched two days ago to celebrate La Gazzetta dello Sport’s 120th birthday.

There a second parallel campaign that follows the Giro d’Italia claim: “The toughest race in the world’s most beautiful place.”
THE TOUGHEST RACE IN THE WORLD’S MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE
It’s a multi-faceted campaign that wants to celebrate the heart of the event through impactful pictures: Italy’s beauty, fans’ passion and the race’s toughness. The Giro has always been Italy’s media shop window, a postcard for the Bel Paese all over the world.
