Good morning from Stage 20 of the Giro d'Italia

Good morning from Stage 20 of the Giro d’Italia, organised by RCS Sport/La Gazzetta dello Sport, and running from 11 May to 2 June. 194km from Feltre to Croce d’Aune – Monte Avena, the last in-line stage of the Corsa Rosa is long, full of climbs and announces itself as an epic.

The peloton, 143 riders strong, passed km 0 at 11:30.

  • Feltre (11:00 – start): sunny, 22°C. Wind: weak NNW – 6km/h.
  • Croce d’Aune – Monte Avena (17:15 – finish): scattered clouds, 21°C. Wind: weak NNE – 10km/h.


During the stage, 13 seconds of time bonus are up for grabs in the individual overall classification by time, a maximum of 35 points are available for the points classification (50 remaining), and 144 points for the King of the Mountains competition (147 remaining).
